This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed with Other Perspectives (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Order Processing
1.1 All orders are subject to a processing period of up to 10 business days prior to dispatch.
1.2 Processing includes, but is not limited to:
(i) order verification;
(ii) quality control checks;
(iii) packaging and dispatch preparation.
1.3 Orders are not shipped immediately upon purchase. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this processing period.
1.4 Processing times may be extended during peak periods, limited releases, promotional campaigns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
2.1 Delivery timeframes commence only after dispatch, not from the date of order placement.
2.2 Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed:
(i) United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
(ii) Europe: 5–10 business days
(iii) International: 7–15 business days
2.3 We do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays once an order has been dispatched to the courier.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
3.1 International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
3.2 Such charges:
(i) are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee;
(ii) are the sole responsibility of the customer;
(iii) must be paid for delivery to be completed.
3.3 Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the parcel being delayed, returned to the sender, or abandoned. We accept no liability for any loss arising from such failure.
3.4 For international orders, shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
3.5 This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where an order is:
(i) returned to sender;
(ii) refused by the recipient;
(iii) delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities;
(iv) undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
3.6 Where an international order is returned to us, only the cost of the item(s) may be eligible for a refund, subject to our Returns Policy. Original shipping fees shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Delays Outside Our Control
4.1 We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
(i) customs clearance processes;
(ii) courier or postal service disruptions;
(iii) incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer;
(iv) force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, adverse weather, or system outages.
4.2 A shipment marked as “customs clearance” or “in transit” does not constitute loss.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
5.1 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
5.2 Where a parcel is returned due to:
(i) an incorrect or incomplete address;
(ii) failure to accept delivery;
(iii) unpaid customs charges;
The customer may be required to cover any re-shipping or return costs.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
6.1 In the event a parcel is suspected to be lost, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide their order number and tracking details.
6.2 We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Any resolution (including replacement or refund) shall be determined at our sole discretion following the outcome of such investigation.
