1. Our simple promise
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please read the rules below and follow the return steps to avoid delays.
2. Return window (Change of mind)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund to your original payment method (unless the item is marked Final Sale). The item must be returned and received by us within 14 days of your return request.
3. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received.
• With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
4. Non-returnable / Final sale items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Items marked Final Sale on the product page.
• Underwear, swimwear, and fragrances (hygiene reasons).
• Items damaged by the customer.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will:
• Arrange a full refund or an exchange at no extra cost, and
• Cover the return shipping for verified faults or errors.
6. Return shipping & costs
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not liable for lost return parcels without tracking.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty/wrong item).
6A. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or destroyed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement, particularly where the parcel cannot be recovered or is not returned to us.
7. How to request a return

Email: info@otherperspectives.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if faulty.

We’ll reply within 48 hours with a return authorisation and instructions. Please wait for authorisation before sending items back.

Send your return with tracking to the address we provide. Keep your postage receipt.
8. Refund processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Timing for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
9. Exchanges
We can offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If an exchanged item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
10. Restocking / deductions
We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, refunds may be reduced if items are returned damaged or not in original condition.
11. Abuse / repeated returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or close accounts that display abusive or fraudulent return behaviour (e.g., returning worn items repeatedly).
